About Magnus Dahlgren

I’m Magnus Dahlgren, a Product Manager with more than 15 years of experience in technology and product delivery.

I started my journey as a Java developer before moving into project management and team coaching. As a team coach, I specialised in fostering high-performing teams through adaptive methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring the delivery of impactful products.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with teams and products within a broad spectrum of sectors, including the BBC, Hive and Volvo Cars. My journey also includes e-commerce, insurance tech, and telematics.

This foundation has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch and beyond, and a profound appreciation for the dynamics of team collaboration and its critical role in achieving groundbreaking results.

Having accumulated this wealth of experience, I feel well placed to take the next step of my journey as I now embrace the role of a Product Manager, playing an even more direct part in delivering impactful products.
